A flower meadow attracts beneficial insects and increases pollination. With Granngården's Flower Meadow with wildflowers and selected grass seeds, you can create a natural flower meadow with many different flowers in your own garden.

The mix consists of beautiful, annual summer flowers with a long flowering period. The recommended sowing time is from April to early June.

Granngården's Flower Meadow contains 15% perennial flowers and 85% corn cob granulate to ensure even sowing.

The text above may lead one to believe that you are purchasing meadow seeds with wild meadow flowers. However, they also mention that the mix contains annual summer flowers, which is exactly what it does. They also mention selected grass seeds in the mix – which is something that should be present in a serious meadow seed mix, as they all contain selected low-growing grass species. The difference is that Granngården does not actually include any grass in the ingredient list...

The mix consists of annual summer flowers that do not grow wild in Sweden, with the exception of the weeds cornflower and poppy, which do grow wild in Sweden.

These seeds can absolutely create a nice annual flower bed. But anyone looking for any help from seeds to create a long-term flower meadow will find nothing here.

However, the price for a flowerbed is not as exorbitant per square meter here as it is with several of the other mixes!
