"'Elegance' contains flower seeds such as marigold, cornflower, cosmos, dill and other meadow flowers.

A small amount of 'Elegance' flower seeds will create an explosion of beautiful flowers, and the plants also contribute to ensuring a rich insect life in the garden."

Comment:

A quick look in the bag reveals that the largest amount of seeds are dill and coriander. Oddly enough, these are two plants whose seeds are very cheap to buy in bulk. Then I see a few seeds of borage, cornflower, a number of marigold seeds (also very cheap seeds), and some cosmos seeds. There are not many different types of seeds here...

It’s great that the seeds are organic! Kudos for that. And it’s true that this mix could become a beautiful flowering bed that attracts a variety of insects. However, this has nothing to do with a meadow, as a meadow consists of wild Swedish plants that can withstand annual mowing year after year. None of the seeds mentioned in the description are anything but annual, non-Swedish flowers (except for cornflower, which is a 1-2 year blooming weed).

A meadow with wild Swedish plants will always attract a much larger variety of more specialized insect species than a flower bed!
