What is the shipping cost?

1 - 240 grams: Letter 29-59 SEK.

0.25 - 20 kg: 79 SEK to DHL Servicepoint.
179 SEK home delivery without signature.

20.1 - 64.9 kg: 129 SEK home delivery without signature.
179 SEK home delivery with signature.

From 65 kg: Free shipping!

Home delivery with carrying assistance can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

How to Order?

  • In the menu on the left, you will find categories with all the products.
  • When you click "buy," the item will be placed in your shopping cart.
  • Press "Checkout" to view your items in the shopping cart - you can add or remove items there if needed.
  • After pressing "Checkout," you can choose from the shipping options to see the total amount including shipping. 
  • Next, choose the payment method - fee-free invoice, card or Swish. 
  • Once the order is completed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.

How do I pay?

You choose at checkout! Most people select our popular "Invoice by email. 0 SEK fee. 20 days credit." 
You can also choose to Swish or pay by card. Note - we do not have the service where the Swish payment automatically appears on your mobile. You Swish based on the details in the order confirmation you receive by email. 

Why do I have to provide my personal identification number?

When paying by card, you do not need to provide your personal identification number. However, it is required for Swish and invoice payments. Unfortunately, we cannot refer cases to collections if a personal identification number is missing. Sadly, we have realized this the hard way. Trusted customers can, of course, call or email their orders if they do not wish to provide their personal identification number.

How is the delivery made and who can I contact?

Service Point / Pick-up Location:

Only for orders up to 20 kg. You will be contacted via email/SMS when your shipment is available for pickup. 

Delivery with Receipt:

You will receive an SMS with a suggested delivery time where you can accept or decline. If you choose "No," you will receive a new SMS suggestion the next day. If you want to speed up this process by scheduling a time, you can call DHL at 0771-345345 and ask to speak with the dispatching department - provide your shipment number that you received via email. 

Please note that the road must be accessible by truck; if it is not, or if there is something else you want the driver to know, you should call DHL and provide the shipment number. 

Delivery without Receipt: 

The driver will arrive unannounced and leave the items at your house/driveway. You will receive an SMS that the goods have been delivered. You do not need to be home. Please note that this option may mean that the goods are placed on the ground if the driver cannot drive close to a house. 

Damaged goods
