is a small idyll on the Östgötaslätten plain, located a stone's throw outside Linköping. The farm consists of several residential houses, barns, and sheds shared by a couple of families.
The large meadow on the southern side of the farm is mowed annually with a scythe, and the hay is then used for mulching, compost for the vegetable garden, or temporarily in a hayloft. Most of the farm's grass/green areas are mowed with a scythe one or more times a year for the same purpose.
The farm grows sunflowers and fields of grains and threatened arable weeds, which are then sold as bird feed in the farm shop. Additionally, the farm has a vegetable garden large enough to supply the farm with vegetables and potatoes as well as tomatoes and squash. There are several old berry and fruit trees such as cherry, pear, and apple, which are harvested in season.
On the farm, there are domestic animals such as chickens, goats, and a parrot. There is a family of kestrels that build a nest in the kestrel box on the barn wall; in 2016, they had 7 chicks. There is, of course, also a myriad of different small birds of all shapes and colors.
