At our farm outside Linköping, we produce our own birdseed mixes.

Villa Bas - Contains half field seeds and the rest sunflower and hemp. No sunflower shells! Perfect birdseeds if you have many species, including tree sparrows and yellowhammers.

Villa Plus - Only fatty birdseeds - sunflower, hemp, and peanuts. Almost completely shell-free. Enjoyed by all except yellowhammers.

Lantliv - Scatter on the ground, a complete bird feed where everyone finds something. Dominated by field seeds. A good ground feeding is important if you want a lot of birds - and to support the decreasing yellowhammer population.
