Wetstone medium - syntetic

This sharpening stone is specially made for Slåttergubben, so you'll only find it here.

A good allround wetstone used by the staff at slåttergubben.

If buying only one stone this is a good alternative but I recomend bying the coarse wetstone aswell.

This stone  works well for straightening back stone damages since it's hard and wears slowly. It does eat away a bit more of the blade compared to another fine stone, but this is mainly noticeable for us who use the scythe professionally every day.

Synthetic stones are often perceived as cooler and sharper to hold than natural stone, partly because they are more porous and thus allow water to pass through.
